The concept of familyedmonton.com grew out of frustration and after 2 years of our site up and running, we realised that we were not the only moms who felt the same way. The company Marsue Media Inc. which owns and operates familyedmonton.com is the creation of two women: Maria Virtuoso and Susan Farkasdi. We are good friends as well as mothers of two young boys. The reason we have created this web site is that we realized that the City of Edmonton was in dire need of a service that included all the major information about the many services, activities, events and locations that are family orientated. Because we have families of our own, we understand that it is difficult to access information in today’s fast paced society. We believe that we have designed an easy to use, fun and informative web site that will be the one stop information center for everything for families to do in this city.
